12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington, Oregon, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Changes to Terms of Service

NWCSI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
